TESNIT® BA-U

TESNIT® BA-U combines very good thermomechanical properties and chemical resistance, making it a general-purpose gasket material. It is well-suited for gas and potable water supplies.

TESNIT® BA-S

TESNIT® BA-S is a gasket material with good chemical and mechanical properties, resistance to oils, fuels and cooling fluids. TESNIT® BA-S is recommended for the chemical, petro-chemical, construction, automotive and OEM industries such as compressor and diesel engine applications.

GRAFILIT® SP

GRAFILIT® SP is an expanded graphite-based material with a tanged stainless steel insert, thus enhancing the surface load and blowout safety. GRAFILIT® SP has excellent chemical, thermal, and mechanical resistance. GRAFILIT® SP is a gasket material used in a wide range of industries, such as gas and steam supply, chemical and petrochemical industries.

GRAFILIT® IQ

This top-of-the-line graphite-based and stainless steel-reinforced composite design – allowing a uniform surface pressure distribution – combines exceptional thermomechanical properties and outstanding anti-stick performance (facilitating gasket replacement during maintenance). Its compatibility with a wide range of media, high self-oxidation resistance, and suitability for cyclic operations while being inert to flange corrosion, qualify perfectly this heavy-duty material for prolonged chemical, petrochemical, and steam applications.

SIGMA® 511

SIGMA® 511 is a high performance biaxially orientated sheet sealing material containing PTFE with silica filler.

PTFE SC1100

SC1100 is a high-performance gasket material composed of PTFE with glass fiber fillers. This unique combination significantly enhances the product’s mechanical strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability compared with virgin PTFE. SC1100 is designed for demanding industrial applications, providing high chemical resistance, durability, and reliable sealing, even in extreme environments.
