Welcome to the team, Samuli!

We are delighted to welcome Samuli Korhonen as Head of Finance at TT Gaskets. Samuli started in his role on May 4th.

Samuli brings a strong and versatile background in financial development, restructuring, and business analytics. He has worked with KPMG in restructuring and advisory roles, as well as in consulting positions at Nordic Restructuring (NoRe) and Gutta Oy. His experience spans financial restructuring, development projects, financial modelling, reporting, and M&A.

Samuli joins us at a stage where we are actively building our next phase of growth. We are developing our reporting towards a more real-time, business-driving setup while strengthening the foundation for profitable international expansion.

His role will be central. Together, we want to build a finance function that doesn’t just explain what happened, but helps us understand why it happened and, most importantly, what to do next. Visibility, predictability, and business impact are at the core.

Samuli is particularly motivated by accelerating the growth of Finnish family businesses, something that resonates strongly with who we are. We believe in long-term thinking, the courage to renew, and using the right data to build sustainable growth.

He will play an important role in strengthening the collaboration between management and the board as we continue moving forward both through organic growth and potential M&A opportunities.
