Dr. Pekka Puustinen joins the Board of TT Gaskets

TT Gaskets is pleased to welcome Dr. Pekka Puustinen as a new member of its Board.

Pekka is a Tampere-based executive with a Doctorate in Business Administration and extensive experience in executive leadership, strategy, business transformation and corporate governance. He has also served as a Visiting Professor at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and continues to lecture on leadership, customer experience and strategy.

Throughout his career, Pekka has held several senior leadership positions. He has served on the executive management teams of Ilmarinen and OP-Pohjola, as well as Deputy CEO of Pohjola Insurance. His experience includes leading commercial growth, digital transformation, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and customer-centric development in large organizations.

Pekka currently serves as a Director at Ålandsbanken and as a Senior Advisor at Sitra. Alongside his executive responsibilities, he is also the author of several business books.

Extensive experience in business and higher education

Pekka brings broad board experience from both the business and higher-education sectors. He has served on the boards of organizations including Ensto, Pohjola Insurance, Pohjola Hospital, Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Paulo Foundation and Chairman of the Board of Tampere Trade Fairs Ltd.
