Our manufacturing processes are versatile. The process always depends on the manufactured material, thickness, and quantity, or requirement of the accuracy of the part in question.

Whether you need 1 or 100 000 pieces the process is very different but always the most efficient one for the task.

With lower quantities, typically the most common process is laser cutting.

Higher quantities are typically produced by eccentric pressing. Often the product is a combination of laser cutting and eccentric pressing.

Indeed, we do. We are both turning and machining metallic sealings.

Today we are well known of metallic gaskets for cylinder heads but also focusing on other turned metallic gaskets and metallic parts.

Our coordinate measuring devices can measure the strictest requirements and specifically designed laser, or inkjet marking will finalize your product with an individual product code or work order number.

Our main goal is to make our customer’s lives easier, so we know short lead times are a key element for that.

As a rule of thumb, our preferred lead time is 2 weeks from your confirmed order.

However, if you are in a rush, we are always prepared to serve even faster. Quite often you are covered in a day or two.

For the vast majority of these materials, we have several grades, for example, stainless steel AISI 301 (EN 1.4310), AISI 304 (EN 1.4301), AISI 316L (EN 1.4404), AISI S31803 (EN 1.4462), and many more. Many of these materials are starting from thickness 0,05mm up to 10mm or even thicker.
